Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 August 2026
Issued by CyberHost Technologies LLP, operating under the brand name and registered trademark THECYBERHOST. These terms govern your use of cyberhostacademy.com and your enrolment in the Advanced Digital Marketing with AI programme.
Read section 6 before you enrol. We do not guarantee a job, a salary, a client, or any income outcome. We provide training, mentorship and career support. Anyone in this industry promising you a guaranteed outcome is selling you something they cannot control.
1. Who you are contracting with
Your contract is with CyberHost Technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, trading under the brand name and registered trademark THECYBERHOST.
- F-611, Ramphal Chowk Road, Block F, Palam Extension, Palam, New Delhi – 110077, India
- Affiliated entity: THECYBERHOST LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA
- Email: contact@cyberhostacademy.com
- Phone: +91 84003 55670
2. Acceptance
By submitting an enquiry form, enrolling, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not accept them, do not enrol.
You must be at least 18 years old to enrol.
3. What the programme is
- A live, online programme delivered over 12 weeks, comprising 19 modules across 5 phases.
- Sessions are taught live, not pre-recorded. Recordings of your batch's sessions are made available to you.
- Batch sizes are capped to preserve mentor attention.
- Your batch schedule and start date are confirmed to you in writing at enrolment.
- Session timings may be adjusted within a batch where necessary. Any rescheduled session is delivered live and recorded.
4. Fees and payment
- The programme fee is stated in a single, total figure on the programme page and confirmed on your advisor call. There are no hidden charges.
- No-Cost EMI may be available through third-party lending partners. Approval, tenure and terms are determined by the lender, not by us.
- Where you finance the fee through a lender, your obligations to that lender are separate from your contract with us. Cancelling with us does not automatically cancel a loan; you must contact the lender as well.
- Payment gateway charges levied by your bank or card issuer are outside our control.
5. Bonus stack and third-party tools
The bonus stack includes items such as domain registration, hosting, premium tool access and templates. You should understand the following:
- Values shown for bonus items are indicative retail equivalents for comparison only. They are not a cash entitlement, credit or discount, and cannot be exchanged for a reduction in fee.
- Third-party tool and platform access is provided for the duration of the programme. Providers, plans and inclusions may vary between batches depending on what is commercially available at the time.
- Domain and hosting are subject to availability and to the registrar's own terms.
- Where a third-party provider changes its plans, pricing or availability, we may substitute a comparable alternative.
6. No guarantee of outcome
This is the most important clause in this document.
- We do not guarantee employment, a minimum salary, a particular role, freelance clients, revenue, or any financial return.
- Career support means: resume and LinkedIn rewriting, mock interview with written feedback, outreach templates, and application support. It is assistance, not placement.
- Career support is provided to participants who complete the capstone and pass the final assessment.
- Any industry figures, salary ranges, market statistics or campaign metrics shown in our marketing material, brochure or teaching examples describe the industry or are illustrative examples. They are not representations of what you personally will earn or achieve.
- Your results depend on your effort, your prior experience, your market and factors outside our control.
7. Certification
- The THECYBERHOST certificate is issued by CyberHost Technologies LLP. It is uniquely numbered and verifiable with us on request.
- It is awarded on completion of the capstone and a passed final assessment. It is not awarded for attendance alone.
- We prepare you for third-party platform certifications such as those offered by Google, Meta and HubSpot. We do not issue those certifications and we do not control their examinations, fees, availability or outcomes. Passing them is a matter between you and the issuing platform.
8. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information at enrolment.
- Maintain a working computer and a stable internet connection. Technical requirements are not provided by us.
- Where the programme requires spending a small test budget on live advertising platforms, that ad spend is yours and is not included in the programme fee. You decide the amount and you bear it.
- Comply with the advertising policies of any platform you use, and with applicable law including the DPDP Act, 2023 when handling any data during coursework.
9. Intellectual property
- All course materials, recordings, templates, prompt libraries and documents remain the property of CyberHost Technologies LLP.
- You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use them for your own learning.
- You may use the templates and client-facing documents in your own commercial work. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or teach the materials themselves.
- Recording, screen-capturing or re-streaming live sessions is prohibited.
- Lifetime access to recordings. Enrolled participants keep access to the recordings and notes of their own batch for as long as we operate the programme. Access is personal, non-transferable and tied to your enrolment. It may be withdrawn where credentials are shared, or where material is downloaded, redistributed or resold.
- THECYBERHOST is a registered trademark. Third-party company names and logos shown in our material indicate prior professional experience, platform certifications, or organisations where past learners have been placed. All marks belong to their respective owners. No endorsement, affiliation or partnership is implied.
10. Conduct and termination
We may suspend or terminate access without refund where a participant shares credentials or materials, records or redistributes sessions, behaves abusively toward staff or other participants, or uses the programme for unlawful purposes.
10a. Records we keep
We keep an ordinary business record of what was delivered to each participant: attendance and session-join logs, the date each bonus asset was issued, downloads from the participant area, payment and instalment records, and the recordings of each live session. This is not surveillance — it is how we answer the question “what did this participant actually receive?”
Where a refund request, payment dispute, chargeback or grievance is raised, these records are what we rely on to establish the facts, and they may be produced to a payment provider, a consumer forum or a court. They work in both directions: if our records show you did not receive something you paid for, that is equally on the record.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or your right to raise a grievance under clause 13.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the programme is limited to the fee you actually paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, or anticipated savings.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
12. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, war, epidemic, or failure of internet or utility infrastructure. Where such an event prevents delivery of a batch, section 6 of the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
13. Grievance redressal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have appointed a Grievance Officer. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month of receipt.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your statutory rights as a consumer, the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
15. Changes
We may amend these Terms. The version published at the time of your enrolment governs your enrolment. Material changes are not applied retrospectively to existing participants.
