2. Educational Use and Ethical Conduct
The content provided in our courses, including but not limited to Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing (VAPT), and SOC environment deployments, is strictly for educational and defensive purposes. You agree to use these skills only on systems you own or have explicit, written permission to test. THECYBERHOST is not liable for any illegal or unauthorized actions taken by students using the knowledge gained from this program.
3. Intellectual Property
All materials, including videos, lab environments, PDFs, source code, and syllabus documentation provided by THECYBERHOST are the exclusive intellectual property of Cyber Host Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share these materials with third parties, on public forums, or on torrent networks. Violation will result in immediate account termination without a refund and potential legal action.
4. Payments and Billing
All fees must be paid in full prior to accessing the Learning Management System (LMS) and live labs, unless enrolled in an approved EMI/Finance plan. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay). We do not store your raw credit card data on our servers.
5. Placement Assistance Disclaimer
While we provide "100% Placement Assistance" including resume building, GitHub portfolio construction, mock interviews, and hiring partner referrals, we do not guarantee a job. Employment relies on your dedication, interview performance, and market conditions.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
